Proves The Judiciary Report Right In Previously Stating They Are Overexposed
This week, reality TV star and all around ham, Kim Kardashian, was voted the most annoying celebrity, by readers of Parade magazine. This proves the Judiciary Report's claim from a week and a half ago, that the Kardashian family have become overexposed, especially Kim and people have grown weary of the media blitz surrounding them.
The Publicity Driven Family Is Now In The Press All The Time
Kim Kardashian
Are the Kardashian family overexposed. In a word, yes. They have been all over the press, television and internet this year, in what has become irritating to many, who have voiced said complaints online. The Kardashians are trying to make as much money as they can and have signed on for a number of projects and merchandising deals that are giving them too much exposure.
When one does this, one runs the risk of the public becoming sick of one. That is definitely happening with the Kardashians at this point, but they do not seem to be bothered by the notion that it has just been too much of their family and the coverage has well exceeded saturation point. The wedding of Kim Kardashian to basketball player, Kris Humphries, brought things to this point, as the former did so many paid deals as tie-ins to her wedding.
He Was Bored Out Of His Mind With The Reality Stars And Their Clothes
Kim Kardashian and her sister, Courtney Kardashian, were mocked on national television, by a news anchor, who did not think very much of their fashion line or answers during an interview. The sisters were on the news to promote the Kardashian Kollection (really, what does that family have against the letter "c").
The cast of the 1980s show "Dynasty"
The clothes, which aren't the best designed in the world, to put it mildly, went overboard with the shoulder pads and loud colors, like a 1980s episode of the show "Dynasty" was brought back to life and funneled into their clothing line. Some styles are best left in the 80s. It's a regrettable fact, 99% of celebrity clothing lines are bad and quietly laughed at by seasoned professionals in the fashion industry.
Interviewer Refers To Temperamental Hilton’s "Touchy Side"
30-year-old socialite, Paris Hilton, did an interview with ABC News recently, presumably to flog her failing reality show "The World According To Paris Hilton" which has taken a beating in the ratings.
When interviewer Dan Harris asked the celebuturd, er, pardon me, "celebutante" the practical and obvious question, "Do you every worry about your moment having past" Hilton sighed with a pained and awkward smile, then walked off camera to argue with her publicist.
However, what moment could he have been referring to, as her so-called career has been based on cocaine, marijuana, crotch shots, porn, superficiality, bad singing and equally horrible acting in low brow, debased films.
Yes, Harris was merely stating the obvious, but about a so-called career that never had substance to lose any real wattage. None of Hilton’s projects were successful, but she was able to stay in the limelight for saying and doing outlandish and lewd things for attention.
Hilton stated during the interview that her perfume line is worth one billion dollars, in a claim that is highly unlikely, based on competitive sales figures released on other more popular brands. Furthermore, where are all the aforementioned people that allegedly bought a billion dollars in perfume from Hilton, yet all her other projects experienced absolute sales failure. Does Hilton realize she is claiming to have sold more perfume in a few short years, than Elizabeth Taylor, which is considered the most successful celebrity line, did in two decades.
In closing, Hilton has been overshadowed by rival Kim Kardashian and her 200 sisters. Her time, if you can call it that, has indeed past.
