Student Acquitted In The Shooting Death Of Gay Teen That Made Unwanted Sexual Advances Towards Him And Other Boys

15-year-old, make-up wearing, openly gay high school student, Larry King, made a habit of boldly flirting with and making suggestive sexual statements to fellow male classmates, who complained of his behavior. One day, one of them snapped and shot him in the back of the head twice in the computer lab at E.O. Green Junior High School.

At age 14, Brandon McInerney, a depressed teen dabbling in white supremacy, had a breakdown and shot King, due to the overtly sexual statements. A mistrial was declared in a criminal case brought against McInerney for murder.

McInerney’s lawyer contended, E.O. Green Junior High School knew King was upsetting boys by sexually taunting and propositioning them in school and did nothing to stop it, as such conduct can be deemed sexual harassment (whether it is from a male or female, gay or straight).

Two lives have destroyed over an incident that could have been prevented had both teens taken the time to act rationally. While McInerney’s conduct is completely wrong, as stated previously on the site, gays need to be careful aggressively flirting with and taunting straight people, as it could turn violent and very fast. This is not to condone violence, as the Judiciary Report does not, but one has to be careful in life.

Openly gay lesbian, Chaz Bono, born Chastity Bono, 42, recently underwent a sex change operation to go from a woman to a man. This month she was announced as a participant in the next season of the television show "Dancing With The Stars." However, the ABC network has received a flood of complaints from angry viewers offended at her sex change that do not want her on their television screens.

Bono is the daughter of singer Cher and her late husband, Sonny Bono. She spoke of an incident when she was 15-years-old, regarding a time that Cher left her with one of her older female friends, to go on tour and Chaz was molested by the older lesbian pal of her mom. Cher was furious. Bono spoke of it as her introduction to sex and the point where she became a lesbian. Bono stated in her book that Cher was upset that she became a lesbian, kicking her out of the house. She also stated her mom was angry she had a sex change and discouraged it.

While I do not agree with homosexuality, as I am a Christian and like most religions of the world, such as Islam and Buddhism, the gay lifestyle is deemed a sin, I feel sorry for Chaz Bono. She seems like a woman going through a lot. Her eyes always look so sad and tormented. Bono seems like she is hurting and struggling with terrible emotional pain, conflict and turmoil. I pray she will find God one day and return to being who He made her - a woman.

Comedic actress, Fran Drescher, star of the popular 1990s sitcom "The Nanny" has clearly struggled with the fact her high school sweetheart and husband of 18-years, Peter Marc Jacobson, turned gay after the couple moved out to Hollywood and became famous.

Drescher is smart, beautiful and talented. However, in listening to her interviews on Jacobson becoming gay, it becomes apparent it made her wonder if it was something she did, when it was a choice he made. Women usually want a storybook marriage and ending when they get married, but sometimes it does not happen that way. It is often due to decisions made by one or both parties in the marriage that leads to shattered dreams.

Hollywood has a way of seducing people and confusing them about their sexuality. Jacobson is one of them, as he was happily married to Drescher for years, a woman that he says he loves. It was not God's plan for their marriage and it is sad things became what they did for the couple, as no one wants their marriage to end in that manner.

If any group of people, gay or straight, black or white, inform you that a certain word is offensive, why not stop using it, out of common courtesy and decency. But no, not Chris. Recently, he was heard yelling during a basketball game, "You’re a fa**ot" and that’s a gay move."

You don’t have to agree with gay marriage, as the Judiciary Report supports marriage between a man and a woman in accordance with the Bible, but at least have enough courtesy not to issue slurs at people.

Brown asked Rihanna if she received a photo he sent her, then quickly removed the message. People immediately began slamming the couple online for getting back together.

In 2009, Rihanna attacked Brown over another woman, after a Grammy party, sending him into a complete rage, where he beat and tried to choke her to death. According to the police report, she began blacking out. Clearly, she is a glutton for punishment, but they both have a violent streak that has the potential to end in terrible violence again. Brown has not changed. Neither has she.
