Ratings Are Half What 'American Idol' Pulled In

In spite of the fact "American Idol" ratings have been steadily declining since 2008, former talent judge Simon Cowell's new show, "X-Factor" fared even worse in its U.S. debut, with half the ratings of its predecessor. Has the world had its fill of bad, cheesy karaoke music and mean judges that know nothing about music and real talent (See: Simon Cowell arrogantly failing to spot Jennifer Hudson's talent, then making the same mistake again with Susan Boyle).

Even in light of all the publicity stunts Cowell engaged in to launch "X-Factor" coupled with a tremendous amount of costly advertising and a new plastic surgery issued face (which looks painful, might I add) it has greatly underperformed (both the show and his face). The byproducts of these shows inevitably end up being soulless, derivative music the public can do without.

Radar Online is reporting, mentally unstable "American Idol" winner, Fantasia Barrino, is holding her baby shower on the exact same day as the wedding anniversary of her married boyfriend, Antwaun Cook. That was a low blow. As the phrase goes, "God don't like ugly" Fantasia.

You stole Paula Cook's husband by buying him, breaking up their marriage, yet you continue to take the low road regarding his ex-wife, like she did something to you, when she is the victim of your selfishness and mental issues. You could have picked any day, but you had to pick that one.

"American Idol" singer, Fantasia Barrino, who is pregnant again, after aborting a married man's baby and attempting to commit suicide, is in financial trouble again. Last year, Barrino almost lost both her North Carolina mansions to foreclosure, staving off auction at the last minute, via a quick payment.

However, it was announced this month, Barrino is being sued by U.S. Bank, over an unspecified $25,000 debt. How ironic that Barrino is saddled with debts, yet still continues to support a married man, Antwaun Cook, who is cheating on his wife and living with the singer.

Troubled "American Idol" singer, Fantasia Barrino, is pregnant again, for married mobile phone sales man, Antwaun Cook. Barrino aborted his child last year, then tried to commit suicide, when he kept going back to his wife, Paula Cook, who is the mother of his two children.

Rather than break off the illicit relationship, Barrino persuaded Cook to move in with her and has become pregnant by a man that she is buying with gifts, cash and a lavish lifestyle. Cook's wife is understandably distressed and voiced her displeasure at Barrino destroying her marriage.

Barrino is making a big mistake, as time will show. Cook clearly loved and supported his wife, going to work to help care for their family. Now he is using Barrino to live like a rich man and she is convincing herself it is something more.

The three times married actress and "American Idol" talent show judge, Jennifer Lopez, 41, is splitting from her husband of seven years, gifted singer, Marc Anthony, 42. The couple have two children together, while Anthony has two from a previous marriage to Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

Years ago, Lopez was the butt of jokes, pardon the pun, for getting married so often, with each go ending in divorce. Maybe she should have stuck with her first husband and tried to make it work, rather than marrying so many times.
