New "Jew" Tax Slip Of The Tongue Doesn't Help Matters

According to reports, U.S. President Barack Obama, has lost the Jewish vote. A number of statements he made in relation to Israel, have upset Jewish people the world over. Prominent members of Congress have also split with him on this issue.

A few days ago, Obama made a gaffe during a speech in stating, "If asking a billionaire to pay the same tax rate as a Jew, uh, janitor makes me a warrior for the working class, I wear that with a badge of honor." Yup, the Jewish vote is pretty much gone for Obama.

Economic numbers regarding America indicate, households in the United States saw a decline in wealth this spring. In short, America is being made poor. Many people don’t even own their own homes anymore. There has been a drastic decline in home-ownership, due to the terrible amount of foreclosures.

In the state of New Jersey, tent cities have been erected, reminiscent of the Great Depression, where the newly homeless now live. These were individuals with jobs and homes. The government needs to explain how it allowed this to happen (Heartbreaking Pictures From New Jersey's Homeless 'Tent City').

A record number of Americans are on food stamps as well. Had the government fixed the economy, more people would be on their feet and far less on food stamps. Food prices in America continue to skyrocket, increasing by 50%-100% on most items. Money is not going as far as it used to at the supermarket.

How does the government expect people to survive under such harsh financial circumstances. The so-called solutions coming out of the current administration regarding the job market, are not going to fix the problem. No matter what they tell you, judging by what the political parties are doing legislatively, meaning their actions, many on both sides of the aisles are playing politics.

The U.S. unemployment rate is going to go up again, due to announced layoffs by two American giants - Bank of America and the U.S. Postal Service. As stated a few weeks ago, the Postal Service seeks to layoff 120,000 people. Last week, it was revealed Bank of America could, "Cut as many as 30,000 jobs."

If both units get their way, that's 150,000 more people in the unemployment line. There are other companies in the corporate sector threatening massive layoffs as well, during the current financial crisis. The question is, what will President Obama do to address the matter? Is President Obama in communication with any of the companies in question or the Postal Service, in trying to head off the problem?

What happened to all the stimulus money Bank of America was given by the U.S. government? Will the U.S. Congress bailout the Postal Service, which is scheduled to go bankrupt this Christmas? Where are the responses from the government, regarding the announced layoffs in the corporate sector?

Tens of thousands of people have been left homeless. It has become one of the costliest hurricanes in history. The hurricane is said to be heading towards Canada.

The U.S. government is warning people to be vigilant in the coming days, as the swelling of rivers in America could mean additional flooding. A few prominent individuals mocked the seriousness of the hurricane as overblown, but any storm that leaves over two dozen casualties and nearly $50 billion in damage is serious.

As someone that has lived through 5 hurricanes, including Andrew, I can attest, it is not something to be taken lightly. After hurricane Wilma, there was no electricity for two weeks, which was an unpleasant experience and not just due to having no internet or regular television service, but the pervasive darkness. Corporate Tax Dodgers Rankling The U.S. Government

The CBS News program "60 Minutes" aired a segment yesterday, exposing American companies that have relocated their headquarters, sometimes only on paper, to European nations, to avoid paying the 35% income tax rate in the United States. Many of their CEOs and upper level management still live in the States.

Google, Facebook, Pfizer, GE, Cisco are among the American corporations that have relocated to countries such as Ireland and Switzerland, to avoid full domestic taxes, while maintaining offices of various sizes in the United States. It is estimated, America has lost 100,000 jobs and $1 trillion dollars, due to this practice.

The United States GDP is currently $14.5 trillion dollars. Regrettably, so is the national debt, thanks to the latest hike in the debt ceiling, which created an S&P downgrade of America. The U.S. government does collect trillions in taxes, but as stated numerous times on the Judiciary Report, some of the funds are going to fruitless, wasteful programs and initiatives.

Many countries would love to have a GDP as high as $14.5 trillion, yet the government, for reasons known to them, can't make it work, as written about in the article "Is $14.5 Trillion Not Enough Money." How can they not make that work, when that's so much money coming in (regarding their cut of corporate revenues).

The Judiciary Report finds it very alarming that the government can't make a success on their end out of such a successful GDP. Something is wrong there (government management). Serious questions need to be asked, because with all the money coming into the national treasury, America should never have reached the point of landing in an unprecedented financial crisis (2008 to the present) that has rivaled and surpassed the Great Depression in some respects. The system is broken and needs to be fixed.

An article published in the Telegraph newspaper indicates, members of U.S. President Barack Obama's Democratic Party, do not think he will be reelected to the White House in 2012. Polls consistently reveal, the public has continued to withdraw their support from Obama.

This is largely due to the ongoing deterioration of the U.S. economy that President Obama has been unable to correct. This leaves the question, who do they have to run against Obama, as a number of Democrats are suffering from image problems as well, having championed and voted for many of his unsuccessful and unpopular measures. They have a lot to think about, because either decision could result in a loss.

President Obama's presidency has been a lesson in politics, affirming past cases. Never take public support for granted with risky spending measures, because when they collapse, so will your poll numbers. In politics, never strictly adhere to the flash credo, "You have to spend money to make money" because if one spends on the wrong things, budget and debt problems will occur or worsen. Never put the needs of the rich ahead of the middle class and the poor, as it is unethical and the latter are usually the majority (do the math, regarding what that means at the polls come election time).

The U.S. Postal Service wants to layoff up to 120,000 people, having racked up $8 billion dollars in losses for the year. This news is regrettable, as the economy cannot afford to shed anymore jobs. The agency is suffering from a number of issues, from rising gas prices to overpayment in the real estate market, in an effort to accommodate moves by employees.

As the Judiciary Report mentioned previously, the internet and emailing have taken away a lot of the Post Office's business (Postal Mail Revenue Declines) . The U.S. Postal Service has been a symbol of America for many years and one that means something to many people, who will not be happy at the news. If the agency had a very business oriented, shrewd corporate CEO, things could turn around to some degree. They need to get inventive, if they are to save the Postal Service.

U.S. Credit Rating Downgraded For The First Time In History

Standard And Poors (S&P) has downgraded America's once sterling AAA credit rating to an AA+ in news not welcomed by U.S. President Barack Obama and his administration. The $2.4 trillion increase to the U.S. debt ceiling is partly to blame for this historic decision, coupled with no proper tax increases or significant government budget cuts.

It was not a good precedent for President Obama to set. Had Obama simply done what the Judiciary Report has stated for the past couple years - raise taxes on the rich - this would not have happened, as the revenue streams would have begun already and exhibited clear and undeniable intent to reduce the deficit. What's worse is S&P has reserved the option to decrease America's credit rating even further.

Some have tried to spin this news and they should not. Delusion and denial is what created this problem in the first place, in not facing reality and taking positive, proactive action to address the nation's debt. To spin this negative, is the equivalent of a student bringing home a B grade, when they could have received an A had they applied themselves and trying to convince their parents the former is better than the latter.

Congress and the White House have gone out of their way to protect the rich, at the expense of the middle class and the poor. They would do well to remember, there are more middle class and poor in America, than rich, which means more votes to remove politicians from office and replace them with others.

Enough with the tax cuts for the rich, as it is damaging the nation in so many ways. It's time to raise taxes on the rich - a proven, time tested method of bringing in revenues to cash strapped governments. It won't make the rich poor, but they'll have a little less and it will help clean up the financial mess.

The passage of the congressional bill, to raise the U.S. debt ceiling by $2.4 trillion dollars, did nothing to assuage the markets. It was a very risky political gamble for President Obama that has not paid off.

Winehouse's ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who publicly admitted he introduced the once healthy singer to heroin and crack-cocaine, marking a massive downward spiral in her life and career, was barred from the funeral by her family and denied permission to leave prison to attend the funeral.

No official cause of death has been determined at this time, due to the autopsy being branded "inconclusive." Standard toxicology tests are underway, with the results expected in several weeks. Winehouse leaves behind an estate worth millions and numerous unreleased songs.

Her story should serve as a sobering reminder to many of the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, as Winehouse had so much to live for, but due to not embracing the importance of remaining sober, lost her life. This really is a tragic waste of life, because as accomplished as she was in her chosen profession, there was still so much more she could have done over time, with the talents God gave her. Drug and alcohol abuse brought it to a halt.

It is full time the entertainment industry started doing more to keep artists drug free. It is ridiculous the number of entertainers that have overdosed. The National Basketball Association in America has taken a proactive role in educating athletes on the dangers of fame and wealth. However, the U.S. FBI, has limited the scope of their investigation to September 11th terrorist victims, being hacked and wiretapped by Murdoch and company for scoops to print and broadcast, knowing full well there are many victims well beyond that in America. Numerous people in America were violated by Murdoch's criminal invasion of privacy campaign for profit, in conduct that is extremely arrogant and greedy.

In limiting the scope of their probe, the FBI aims to cover its own tracks, as they were informed by me of the criminal misconduct by News Corp and others in 2005, but looked the other way, due to the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, having taken a bribe to bury the case (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case). The FBI has known about these crimes for several years and looked the other way, allowing it to become something far worse than it originally was at its inception. As a result, far more people have been victimized by News Corp.

Of course, now Murdoch will lie about and smear Gillard in his papers, online and on television, with estimates placing his share of the newspaper market in Australia at 73 percent. That's virtually a monopoly, with a side order of antitrust issues. Someone should look into that as well, as you have an individual, Murdoch, trying to slant and control what the public reads on a grand scale.

Rupert's lawbreaking son, Lachlan Murdoch, is also doing his level best to muscle his way into full control of the prominent Australian broadcaster, Network 10, pushing out the former CEO under mysterious circumstances. Rupert's daughter, Elisabeth Murdoch, started her own production company, Shine, which resorted to wholesale criminal copyright infringement, to push out television shows on various networks. This family is controlling too much of the media and resorting to criminal tactics to accomplish their goal, much to the ire of the public.

Reports out of Australia indicate, the government has opened a criminal investigation into Murdoch's serious misconduct, which is being slammed all over the world. There are separate investigations of Murdoch and company, in Britain and America, for the same illegal wiretapping and hacking, known as phone hacking, which saw him publishing unlawfully obtained surveillance items, in News Corp newspapers, on websites and television.

This severe and criminal breach of privacy, has angered the public, with the case coming to a head, when people recently found out, the aforementioned misconduct was also utilized against innocent missing kids that were later found dead. It marked a new low in journalism, leading the public to vociferously protest the Murdochs and News Corp on two continents.

This breed of contemptible, depraved journalism was first seen at the National Enquirer, who employed Mafioso turned Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, to dig up scoops for stories to print in the tabloid. Pellicano's solution - illegally hack and wiretap people, then publish the contents of the illegal surveillance.

Pellicano did the same for a number of Hollywood stars seeking to spy on rivals. Madonna and Tom Cruise employed him on a regular basis, to secretly break the law on their behalf, by providing them with thoroughly invasive information on chosen targets. The information included, wiretap phone call transcripts and audio recordings, computer contents gained through hacking, surveillance photos, among other things. Pellicano was also hired by people within News Corp to do the same. The disgraced private eye is now in prison, but his methods live on through others in his field.

In listening to President Obama and members of his cabinet speak about the financial crisis, one walks away with the impression, they have the mindset of gamblers. So much money has been pumped into the U.S. economy during President Obama’s term, yet he alarmingly continues to spend and keeps suggesting more stimulus packages, as the solution to America’s dire financial problems.

They sound like gamblers, who keep making risky wagers, believing that next gamble is the one that’s going to put them on top and in the black, only to end up further in the red, in a financial hole that keeps deepening.

It’s time for a sensible approach to finance with a sound fiscal plan, as the Judiciary Report has advocated for years. America does not have money to burn. It’s time for certain people in Washington to stop acting like it. There is a massive difference between debt and profit. Learn it.

After two presidents in a row, Bush and Obama, exhibited poor financial acumen, making very risky economic choices, to the detriment of America and the globe, the financial world has lost confidence in Washington.

The tides are changing in the world. It is the rise of China, India and Brazil in finance, which is a positive development for the world, as it means more people advancing. If America is to remain competitive in the financial world, prudent, precise and insightful action needs to be taken now to set things aright with the economy or risk falling to the wayside. The truth hurts, but it is only in confronting it and making the necessary changes, can one improve and move forward.

When individuals experience mentally stressful events of an extraordinary nature, it can lead to Alzheimers. One does not have to experience a blow to the head or have been present in situations, where a bomb detonated and the force there from negatively impacted the brain (even without physical injury to the person).
